The Cohort is for leaders who want to run the TeamOS™ installation alongside up to eleven peers in non-competitive industries, meeting weekly over ninety business days.

The investment is $3,997. This includes four months of LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle ($97/month). It continues at $97/month once the four months are up. Cancel anytime before then, and you're never charged for the continuity. During those four months, you also have access to an AI trained on everything I've published, not just TeamOS™, plus everything still being written.

If you want Anthony leading the sessions directly, The Guided Cohort is the right path.

If something is not working, tell me.

The first thing I do is fix it. Raise it in a session, or send it to me directly, and you will have a response within three business days. Most of what goes wrong inside an installation is a structural problem with a structural answer, and that is the work.

If it cannot be fixed, you are not stuck.

Any time before your cohort begins, you can withdraw for any reason and I refund the full $3,997.

That holds through the end of the third session. By then you will have met the room, seen how the sessions actually run, and worked through the first stage of your own installation. If it is not right for your team, say so and I refund the full $3,997.

Either way, the book and the binder come back to me, and I send you the prepaid label. If you would rather keep them, I refund everything except $897, the price of The Operator.

After the third session, a refund is no longer the remedy, because the room you are sitting in belongs to eleven other people as much as it belongs to you. What you have instead is a standing place in a future cohort, taken up whenever a seat opens.

I would rather fix the thing than hold money from someone it is not working for.
