The Guided Cohort is for leaders who want Anthony present as the cohort lead for every session across ninety business days.

The investment is $9,997. This includes four months of LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle ($97/month). It continues at $97/month once the four months are up. Cancel anytime before then, and you're never charged for the continuity. During those four months, you also have access to an AI trained on everything I've published, not just TeamOS™, plus everything still being written.

A Guided Cohort can add a three-day in-person intensive in the greater New York City area, invoiced separately at $7,000 for a total of $16,997, with travel within the continental United States covered. The cohort makes that decision together partway through the installation. This application does not determine it.

If something is not working, tell me.

I am in every session, so you will not be filing a complaint into a system. Raise it with me and I adjust your installation. If you would rather send it than say it, you will have a response within three business days. Most of what goes wrong inside an installation is a structural problem with a structural answer, and that is the work you are paying me to do.

If it cannot be fixed, you are not stuck.

Any time before your cohort begins, you can withdraw for any reason and I refund the full $9,997.

That holds through the end of the third session. By then you will have met the room, seen how I run these, and worked through the first stage of your own installation. If it is not right for your team, say so and I refund the full $9,997.

You can take that refund without explaining yourself. You can also talk to me first, and I will tell you honestly whether what you are running into is a fit problem or a timing problem. Those are different, and the second one is worth knowing about before you walk away from the work.

Either way, the book and the binder come back to me, and I send you the prepaid label. If you would rather keep them, I refund everything except $897, the price of The Operator.

After the third session, a refund is no longer the remedy, because the room you are sitting in belongs to eleven other people as much as it belongs to you. What you have instead is a standing place in a future cohort, taken up whenever a seat opens.

I would rather fix the thing than hold money from someone it is not working for.

What happens next. I read your answers and send you a personal read of the pattern I see. Then we hold one required call of thirty to forty-five minutes. The call is where we both decide whether this is the right room, and whether The Guided Cohort, The Cohort, or The Operator fits you best. Applying commits you to nothing, and no payment is taken at application.
